Privacy
Your email and all order info (except payments) are kept confidential. Notegeist does not sell your email to third parties or anyone else.
Since we do not provide the payment systems (Shopify Payments or PayPal), those entities have their own and separate privacy policies on what they do with your submitted data. Notegeist is not responsible for what these entities do with your data.
Refunds
All sales are final.
Notegeist has a no-return policy due to the nature of the goods we sell and at the prices we offer. There may, however, be exceptions:
- Goods arrive damaged – Not a return per se, but we'll replace upon proof of damage.
- Wrong goods in order – In most cases, we'll send you a prepaid label to send these goods back and replace them with the correct items (or issue a refund if there are no more in inventory).
- Goods not as described – If we erred and incorrectly described something and upon receipt you see it's not, we'll accept a return for a refund.

Shipping
All orders carefully packed and customers select shipping rates based on package weight.

USPS – Ground Advantage, or Priority Mail
UPS – Ground Saver (UPS first, then USPS delivers usually), or Ground
- Multiple-order policy: If you place two or more orders before I pack your order(s), I will combine them and refund shipping difference (if any).
- Notegeist ships only to U.S. addresses (includes U.S.-address-based mail-forwarding services).
